All products listed on our shop are subject to availability. Solaspectra reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. 3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price. Solaspectra reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, in accordance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. For domestic orders within Saudi Arabia, we partner with SMSA Express and other licensed carriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification. Solaspectra is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or events beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain products, including opened dental and whitening items, may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
7. Warranty and Liability
Solaspectra products are intended for personal use as directed. We do not accept liability for misuse, allergic reactions arising from failure to perform a patch test, or damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
