We deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Shipping carrier
All orders are shipped via SMSA Express, with tracking provided once your order is dispatched.
Processing & delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days within KSA, depending on your location.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout by SMSA Express based on package weight and destination. The exact amount will be shown before you confirm your order.
Coverage
We currently ship within Saudi Arabia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your package is handed over to SMSA. You can also track your order from your customer account at any time.
Returns
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition required
Returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, with all seals and tamper-evident labels intact.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:
- Tooth-whitening gels and syringes
- Any product containing hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide
- Single-use clinical accessories (mouth trays, retractors, etc.) once removed from sealed packaging
Return shipping cost
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part — in which case Sola Spectra will cover the return cost.

Contact us at info@solaspectra.com or call +966 11 494 4626 with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not ship items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
